All Terms of sale, use, and conditions will be governed pursuant to the laws of North Carolina, United States of America, notwithstanding any principles of the conflicts of law. The purchaser consents upon purchase that personal jurisdiction will be governed by the State of North Carolina if any dispute between the purchaser and the company should arise at any given time. Both parties agree that any disputes arising out of these terms of sale or return policy shall be handled in the state and/or federal courts in North Carolina.
We offer a 3 day return or exchange policy on unopened items in resellable condition. Please contact us before returning or exchanging an item.
For open or used items, please contact us to discuss the situation. We will do our best to remedy the problem on a case by case basis.
For shipping returns, please contact us prior to returning the item. Buyer pays the return shipping and will receive store credit once the item has been received in satisfactory condition. We reserve the right to refuse a shipped item for return.
